ADAPT Support contact

We wanted to remind you of the ways ADAPT Support can can be contacted for any technical or design questions you might have related to ADAPT software.  If you have a Gold or Platinum Support contract with ADAPT, you are entitled to unlimited phone and email support.  Our objective is to respond in a timely manner with a precise and correct solution to your question or problem.  You can also contact adapt through Skype instant messaging.  Add us as a new contact (ADAPT_Support) and see how we can better your software user experience! 

Enrollment in our regular scheduled online training sessions (http://www.adaptsoft.com/emailer/training_schedule.html) is offered to clients with Gold or Platinum Support.  These sessions offer you the latest modeling tips and techniques, functionality of the software and technical background related to results and/or analysis. 

If your support contract is currently expired or you have not purchased one of the valuable support programs, please let us know and we would be happy to prepare a quote and answer any questions related to this.
